This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and FileTurn (“Licensor”) for the mobile application FileTurn: File Converter (“Licensed Application”), including free and FileTurn Pro features.
By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to this EULA and to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Licensed Application.
1. Parties and store relationship
The Licensed Application is made available through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play. Apple and Google are not parties to this EULA and are not responsible for the Licensed Application or its content, except as required by their store terms. Paid subscriptions are also subject to the applicable store’s terms.
2. License grant
Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use, and only as permitted by the store’s usage rules.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Licensed Application, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
- Remove proprietary notices
- Use the Licensed Application to violate law, infringe others’ rights, or abuse the conversion service
- Share or resell a FileTurn Pro subscription except as allowed by Apple or Google
3. Ownership
The Licensed Application, branding, and related intellectual property remain the property of Licensor and its licensors. This EULA does not transfer ownership to you.
Files you provide remain yours. You grant Licensor and its conversion processor a limited right to transmit and process those files solely to provide the features you request.
4. Online processing
Core features require an internet connection. Selected files are uploaded to an online conversion service and results are returned to your device. Service availability, formats, and size limits may change.
5. FileTurn Pro
Optional auto-renewing subscriptions unlock Pro features and remove ads. Product IDs:

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Saved result files are not deleted when a subscription ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
6. Your content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the files you process and for having all rights needed to upload and convert them. Do not use the Licensed Application with unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Licensor may suspend access for abuse or security risk.
7. No warranty
THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Licensor does not warrant that conversions will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR AND ITS SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION. LICENSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR FILETURN PRO IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 10.
Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you breach it. You may stop using the Licensed Application by uninstalling it. Sections that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.
10. Maintenance and support
Licensor, not Apple or Google, is responsible for maintenance and support for the Licensed Application. Contact us in the App using Contact us or Chat on WhatsApp (Settings → Support).
11. Product claims
Licensor, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the Licensed Application, including product liability, consumer protection, and intellectual property claims, to the extent required by law. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
12. Legal compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties (as applicable to your use of App Store software).
13. Governing law
This EULA is governed by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections where you live.

15. Entire agreement
This EULA, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Licensed Application. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
